WINNER of the Woman of the Year title in The Citizen and Gloucestershire Echo's 2011 Women in Business awards was Penny Manuel. Penny and business partner Chris Copner took over Cheltenham- based SOHO Coffee Co in 2006.
Penny said winning the Coutts & Co-sponsored award had boosted both her personal and her business profile. "These awards are very important for recognising the achievements of people in local business," she said.
