THIS week, I attended the "Anniversary Showcase" of the Stroud District Youth Council, celebrating 10 years of enabling young people to contribute to their communities, participate in debates and decision making, and develop 'member led' programmes for change.
Getting involved matters, especially for young people because doing so helps to enhance self-confidence, life experience and skills for extracurricular activities; many young people made this point during the afternoon.See the full content of this document
