Donald Tomlinson, of Midland Road, Gloucester, will receive a conditional caution for assaulting the officers on November 15, last year. Defending solicitor David Brown told city magistrates: "He was ordered to pay this amount a week ago but thought it was being deducted from benefit, which is why it has not yet been paid.
