DRIVERS who "tailgate" the car in front are the most irritating road users, according to a motoring survey. The habit gets up the nose of 36 per cent, closely followed by talking on a mobile phone while driving which annoys 23 per cent and hogging the middle lane which is a pet hate for 18 per cent.
