A LEONARD Stanley man who has admitted an affray charge got too hung over to attend an appointment for a pre-sentence report to be prepared, a judge was told yesterday.
Simon Willey, 21, of Brimley, Leonard Stanley, Stonehouse, was due to be sentenced for the July 25, 2007 offence but Judge Martin Picton said he was not prepared to deal with him without a report.See the full content of this document
