ALMOST 100 panels now grace the outside of the Wharf House at Over.
The restaurant on the outside of Gloucester is using the sun's energy to provide its electricity. It is now believed to have the largest set of state-of-the-art panels in Gloucestershire with 94 in total. Ellen Symons, from the restaurant and popular tea rooms, explained how the panels worked. She said: "The solar electricity systems capture the sun's energy using photovoltaic cells.
