Obs could be created in Cheltenham after Marks & Spencer announced plans to open a new store on the Kingsditch Retail Park by the end of 2009. The homeware-type store, which will specialise in home furnishings, is planned to be built next to the existing Simply Food store on the Tewkesbury Road site.
