ARTIST Rob Collins is hoping to capitalise on a once-in-a- lifetime opportunity to paint in London. Rob, a professional artist who has shown and sold his work at the Francis Kyle Gallery in London for 24 years, was born and brought up in Cam.
Rob has been allocated an hour on Antony Gormley's Fourth Plinth in Trafalgar Square from 8pm until 9pm tomorrow and is hoping to use his time to raise the profile of Wotton and the Arts Centre.See the full content of this document
