FOUR Gloucestershire postmen have been crowned the international fours champions at the Civil Service British Isles Bowls Championships Malcolm Dyer (Coleford), Jon Ellis (Pineholt) along with brothers Andrew Liddington (Lydney) and Brian Liddington (Royal Forest of Dean) lifted the Baldwin Bowl for England after a nine year wait at the Caledonian Bowls Club in Perth.
