Homebuyers must be ready to pay a six-figure premium for a home in a National Park in England and Wales, says new research from Halifax.
It shows that the average price of a home in these idyllic rural settings is Pounds 293,920, some 9.5 times the national average gross annual earnings and 24 per cent higher than the average house price for England and Wales (Pounds 236,183) as a whole.See the full content of this document
