A NEW winter menu has been unveiled at Lumiere restaurant in Cheltenham. It reflects chef Jon Howe's distinctive style honed from an impressive culinary background, including positions at The Lords of the Manor in Upper Slaughter, as well as stages at The Fat Duck and The Greenhouse in London.

Jon and his partner Helen Aubrey purchased Lumiere in January and have been steadily building a reputation as an exciting fine dining restaurant. Last month saw the arrival of a new chef de partie, Max Fillaut, who was previously commis chef at Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons.
