Summary


A Gloucester man who attacked a 70-year-old disabled pensioner who had been threatening towards him has been given six months to prove he can control his temper.

Max Stinchcombe, 22, who pushed over Marcel Dumoiter before punching him in the nose, was given a deferred sentence and told to prove he could "swim on his own".
