Summary
This wonderful building is an asset and should forever be free for all irrespective of whatever is held there, as it is a house of God, not a student hang-out, or a members-only club. Gloucester City Council should seek to upkeep all the costs of looking after it - as any other city rightly would for such a lovely building. Thus said, we could always have it moved to Birdlip Hill - how marvellous it would appear to be positioned at such a grand height.
