BUSINESSES big and small have an interesting year ahead of them, according to law firm Rickerbys LLP, which has highlighted some of the key changes due to affect firms in 2010.
Of interest will be changes to the discrimination law in the form of a new Discrimination Bill, designed to harmonise all discriminations such as race, sex, religion, sexual orientation and disability discrimination.
