THE average house price in England will rise 20 per cent to Pounds 227,800 in 2014 despite substantial falls in 2009 and 2010 - according to a new forecast published by the National Housing Federation.
According to the research, house prices will fall by 12.2 per cent this year and fall a further 4.6 per cent next year before stabilising in 2011 with a 1.1 per cent rise. House prices will then increase by: 7.5 per cent in 2012, 8.4 per cent in 2013, and 6.8 per cent in 2014 - with the average price at the end of the period being Pounds 38,000 higher than the forecast average of Pounds 189,800 for 2009.See the full content of this document
