A FASHION stylist to the stars hanged himself at his home after refusing to go to a party with his partner, an inquest heard.

Stuart Weir, who had advised pop singers Robbie Williams, Mariah Carey and Geri Halliwell and Hollywood actors Paul Newman and Billy Zane, died on December 29.
