ON Monday, we asked our readers to be good neighbours during the big freeze, and we are delighted to report some of those stories today.

There's 14-year-old paperboy, Connor Sladen from Churchdown School who knocks on the door of 87-year-old Catherine Crosbie most mornings to find out how she is after delivering her Gloucestershire Echo. And then members of the community at Church Road, Longlevens rallied round to grit the pavement.
