IT'S my grandparents' 70th this summer. Not their birthday but in fact their 70th wedding anniversary.

I wish I knew their secret. They are both in their nineties and still going strong. It certainly isn't down to a daily dose of wine, chocolate and whiskey that most nonagenarians credit their longevity to. Maybe it's their regular, if slightly unadventurous diet. In fact my Nan's idea of exotic food is brown bread - bless her.
