IT'S my grandparents' 70th this summer. Not their birthday but in fact their 70th wedding anniversary.
I wish I knew their secret. They are both in their nineties and still going strong. It certainly isn't down to a daily dose of wine, chocolate and whiskey that most nonagenarians credit their longevity to. Maybe it's their regular, if slightly unadventurous diet.
