Persimmon Homes is inviting first time buyers to log on to www.persimmonhomes.com/firstbuy for information on how FirstBuy could help turn their home owning dreams into a reality.
Locally, Persimmon has developments in Gloucester at Coopers Edge and The Marketplace. Properties at these sites may be available under the FirstBuy scheme, which is the Government's initiative to help first time buyers get on to the property ladder. It means that buyers have to raise funding for at least 80 per cent of the purchase price of a property, with the remaining 20 per cent funded jointly as a loan by the government and Persimmon.See the full content of this document
