WE hear the term "children are the future" a lot these days.
Our grandparents say it, our teachers say it, and we sometimes even say it ourselves. However, is this a statement of truth, or a figment of our imagination? I recently met with Parmjit Dhanda, the former Labour MP for Gloucester. He's a man of many hopes and aspirations, and with an excellent history.
