PLANS to bring a fourth pound shop to Gloucester have been condemned as "pointless" by residents. After Pound World confirmed it was moving into the for mer Curry's store in Eastgate Street, residents said they believed the shop would bring "the whole demeanour of the city down" and would not bring more people to Gloucester.
