IN an article on October 2 headlined 'Drug case halted by revelation' we incorrectly stated Darren Muller, of Spa Court, Spa Road, Gloucester, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug on August 30 and received an Pounds 84 fine and was ordered to pay Pounds 40 towards prosecution costs.
In fact, Mr Muller pleaded not guilty at Gloucester magistrates court on September 30 to a charge of threatening words and behaviour and his case will be heard at Cheltenham on November 18.See the full content of this document
