IN yet another town hall farce an application for a compulsory purchase order on Tricorn House in Stroud has been denied.
Here we have a businessman who is willing to pay all the costs of the CPO and to redevelop the site but because there is no planning permission it cannot go ahead. Stroud District Council surely could have seen this coming. This planning mess must be costing the good taxpayers of Stroud a fortune.See the full content of this document
